Museum Trip to Enrich Environmental Awareness and Education

Real-world knowledge via exposure activities could be positively enriched with the aid of situated learning. In a way to practice this theory and revolutionize educational system, phenomenological-qualitative research was conducted analyze how natural history museum supports interest STEM students towards environmental issues. Specifically, study ought answer questions: did improve issues?, what are changes in students’ conceptions learning issues after exposure?, museums make seem more ‘real’ urgent?, opportunities received meeting staff?, do compare they learn formal informal science settings? Data triangulation technique including observation, semi-structured questionnaire focus group discussion administered 20 enrolled private institution Philippines through purposive-sampling during year 2019. The results showed patterns according individual sensory experiences from visit. reports were analyzed emerged four themes: solving problems by means education, causes effects issues, inquiry-based history, interesting realistic scheme. It indicated that support at some aspects.
